Affordable Quality Qigong Exercises
Nowadays, tai chi qigong exercises are priced outrageously, costing hundreds of dollars for a one-day course. But not mine — I offer ecourses that are both affordable and easy to learn, with all the benefits found in any quality qigong training program.
With two teaching degrees and almost 20 years of experience in teaching and curriculum design, I am very exacting when detailing instructions for any program.
Accordingly, I have designed the ecourses to include detailed explanations on the basic principles in operation, as well as detailed descriptions of the techniques and movements. Where needed, I have also included accompanying diagrams and photographs of footwork, directions of movement, body poses, and hand and body movements.
Beware of the current trend that has turned qigong into a new age money-making industry, such that commercial institutions are taking advantage of people suffering from debilitating illness and charging outrageous prices. Not only should qigong exercises have concrete and long-term benefits that promote health and well-being, but they should also be affordable.
One thing to keep in mind: When I designed these ecourses, well-being and safety were of primary consideration. As with all qigong exercises, you are working with the physical body and mind, so every time you practice, the healing chi energy will flush out toxins from your system.
If you overdo on these exercises in any single sitting, you will risk flushing too many toxins and inducing unwanted and risky side effects. For this reason, I divide large courses into separate installments.
Think of each installment as a classroom lesson just like if you were attending a qigong class in person. Even if I send you the entire ecourse in one sitting, you will not master all of its contents in one day.
But at least with the installments sent separately over several days or weeks, I have minimized the danger of your experiencing side effects from trying too many exercises in any single sitting.
These tai chi qigong courses are grouped according to three levels of complexity and ease of learning: beginning, intermediate and advanced. Tai chi movements are relatively more complex than other qigong exercises, which is why I have chosen to place them in the intermediate and advanced levels.
However, beginning students can still take such ecourses at the intermediate level with little prior knowledge, although some foundation would be advisable.
On the other hand, ecourses at the advanced level require a solid foundation and some self-control/skill, as these particular qigong exercises embody higher risk of injury. Before making your selection, please read over the descriptions of each ecourse carefully, as all of these qigong courses contain prerequisites.
If you don’t have the prerequisite skills necessary for the selected ecourses, you can click on the highlighted selections to learn them. Most prerequisites are lessons that I offer free of charge on this website for everyone to benefit.
Also, if you don’t know anything about intrinsic chi energy, you should first read up on it and the important concept of yi mind power consciousness and how to use the yinian for directing the chi life force.
To get the most out of each ecourse, you should review Making the Most Out of Your Qigong Practice prior to registering for any qigong courses.
My other recommendation is that you take your time in learning these tai chi qigong exercises. I would like to emphasize quality over quantity. Master the prerequisites first before registering for these ecourses. And take your time in learning and practicing each new step.
Finally, you should be aware that any effective training that is as comprehensive as tai chi qigong will have its own inherent risks and dangers. Please read the Disclaimer before attempting any of the qigong exercises provided on this website.

Please note that while these ecourses were deliberately priced at low reasonable rates to make them available to people who could not afford them otherwise, I still hope to make up for the lost income by generating more traffic (i.e. clientele such as you).
You can help to keep these prices low by helping me generate more traffic. How? Simply by telling your friends and family about this site or making a donation. And thirdly, by paying for the courses you take.
If there are more than one of you who intend to take the same course, by all means, you’re welcome — but each person should pay for his/her own registration.

I welcome any comments and suggestions you might have to improve these ecourses and any other contents you find on this website, as well as questions or concerns you might have on any of the exercises mentioned on this site.
Lastly, I’d like to thank you for your interest. From one fellow qigong student to another, I wish you joy in the practice of tai chi qigong. May you reap all the benefits that these tai chi qigong exercises have to offer.
