- Jian Pi Zhi Yang or Spleen Energy Tonifier $44.95
The spleen is vital to your immune system. How do you know if you are deficient in spleen energy? Look for any of these symptoms:- general fatigue, bloating and sluggish feeling of dragging heaviness
- restlessness and insomnia, unable to sleep well at night, feeling tired even after a full night’s sleep
- deteriorating skin conditions: greasy skin and hair, lots of dandruff, dry patchy skin and hair, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, hives and rash, irritation
- difficulty coping with stress, anxiety, mood swings
- low immune system, susceptible to colds, flus and allergies
- poor digestion, loose, wet, inconsistent and/or unusually dark stools
- swollen feet indicative of water retention
- mental sluggishness or fog, inability to concentrate
- MOST IMPORTANT INDICATION: bloated tongue with bite-marks on either side of the tongue (i.e. a scalloped tongue)
Like all our organs, the spleen energy will weaken with age. Along with a spleen deficient in yang energy, the immune system can become seriously compromised. So many of my students complain of fatigue, eczema and other unhealthy skin conditions, little realizing that there are simple qigong remedies for these symptoms. Think you have a spleen energy deficiency? Get the Spleen Energy Tonifier. Easy to apply and fast results.
Also recommended for those not adept in channeling and controlling energy circulation: Activating and Deactivating Your Chi Energy to accompany the Tonifier.
