All qigong/chi kung practices are antiaging in nature, but Longevity Qigong is specifically designed to build the immune system, strengthen vital organs, regenerate cells and tonify the respiratory system.
This is a simple exercise that takes ten to fifteen minutes to practice and even faster for beginners to learn. Non-strenuous, it is especially beneficial to the weak, elderly and infirm.
Although Chang Shou Qigong or Longevity Qigong is so easy that even total beginners can learn it, all seasoned practitioners should also benefit from this technique. Please note, if you are a beginner, you should have at least mastered diaphragmatic breathing before taking this course.
