Shou Qi Fa or Gathering the Chi Qigong is a very beautiful form of moving meditation that is both short and easy to learn. Designed specifically to tap into the environment for life-giving energy, it makes an excellent morning exercise that takes only five or ten minutes to complete.
For this ecourse, you will need to know:
- basic diaphragmatic breathing technique,
- Basic Horse Stance,
- Lower Dantian, and
- Bai Hui (Hundred Convergences) and Yong Quan (Bubbling Spring) pressure points.
