To get as much as you can out of each program, please review Making the Most Out of Your Qigong Practice prior to registering for any e-courses.
Please keep in mind, well-being and safety are of primary consideration. As with all qigong exercises, the chi energy will flush out toxins from your system. If you overdo on these exercises in any single sitting, you will risk flushing too many toxins too quickly and overwhelm your system, inducing unwanted and risky side effects.
I divide large e-courses into separate ebooklets to protect against overly eager students doing too much qigong therapy too quickly.
Each of these ebooklets is designed to imitate a classroom lesson just like if you were attending a qigong class in person.
The course content are presented in a way to make it easy for you to learn step by step. So why would it not be okay to accelerate and then you could master the qigong more quickly? Here’s my answer: Even if you try to cover the entire e-course in one sitting, you will not master all of its contents in one day.
But at least with the separate ebooklets that you master one at a time over a course of several weeks or even months, I have minimized the danger of your experiencing side effects from trying too many exercises in any one sitting. However if you insist on rushing through the books before you are ready, you do so at your own risk! So one more thing – please read the Disclaimer before attempting any tai chi qigong exercises on this website.

In addition to warm ups, they may also be practiced on their own to develop the psychic channels and to improve posture, circulation, flexibility and mobility. These qigong exercises target blood and chi circulation in specific areas of the body. Over time, they will help you to develop the eight psychic channels through which the chi energy circulates and refines itself. This set of tai chi qigong exercises is offered in two ebooklets: Practice the first lesson until it becomes very familiar to you before continuing on to the second ebooklet. Prerequisites: basic diaphragmatic breathing technique, qigong horse stance. - Songchi Qigong or Loosening Exercises for Tai Chi Chuan $19.95
These five exercises loosen joints and muscles, and are often practiced as warm-ups to tai chi chuan, but make no mistake — they also have essential self-defence applications. Five easy tai chi qigong exercises that anyone can learn in a matter of days! Prerequisite: basic diaphragmatic breathing technique and the qigong horse stance. Currently one of the most popular forms of tai chi qigong in Asia, because it is easy to learn. Designed specifically to promote vital chi energy circulation in the limbs and trunk, this tai chi qigong training program is also recommended for the less limber student and the elderly because it is not as strenuous as most other qigong exercises, yet it engages the whole body in a thorough but gentle workout. This ecourse is divided into six ebooks with lessons on three postures for each ebook. However, please take your time in mastering one posture before continuing to the next. The three postures outlined in one ebook should be practiced for at least one week before you proceed to the postures of the next ebook. This is based on the assumption that you are investing at least 30 minutes daily in your qigong practice. If you find that you cannot spend as much time in practice, you can slow down and spread your lessons out by practicing only one or two postures per week instead of all three. Pace it to your aptitude and availability of practice time. This way, you can ensure the quality of your learning. Remember: you get as much out of the lessons as you put in in terms of practice and perseverance. Prerequisites: basic diaphragmatic breathing technique, qigong horse stance, qigong bow stance.NOTE: It is highly recommended that if you are new to tai chi qigong, to start with Songchi/Loosening Exercises Qigong, Qigong Rooting and Taiji Qigong Shibashi/18 Postures to form the minimum proper foundation for all other tai chi qigong exercises. - Taiji Bufa or Tai Chi Walk $19.95
If you have mastered the three basic stances — the logical sequel would be the Tai Chi Walk. This ecourse reinforces the basic stances and goes on to the next logical step in tai chi qigong training of shifting weight, retreating/advancing forward, and turning/changing directions. Lessons also include martial applications in basic stances as well as the movements themselves. Prerequisites: qigong horse stance, bow stance and empty stance. It is also highly recommended, though not required, for you to know how to root. If you have not learned how to root, you should consider taking the Standing Meditation Postures and/or ecourse on Rooting Qigong, as rooting is what gives solidity to your stances. If you are serious about balancing and circulating your chi energy or learning qigong as a martial art, such as in tai chi chuan, rooting is an essential part of your tai chi qigong foundation. However, it is not required that you master rooting before learning the Tai Chi Walk: you can take the rooting ecourses at the same time that you learn the Tai Chi Walk, or you can learn to root after mastering the Walk. - Yinian Gong or Qigong Exercises for Cultivating the Yi Consciousness $84.95
These qigong exercises help develop an absolute must-have skill in controlling and channeling the chi energy, either for external or internal martial arts, health and healing, or for higher levels of meditation and personal development. These six qigong exercises do not require much movement, but they generate a lot of energy. Tapping tianqi or heavenly energy, they circulate blood and chi, tonifying the entire body to build immunity, strengthening bones, muscle, tissue and organs, and extending life. This ecourse is presented in three ebooks. Because of the potency of each individual exercise, it is highly recommended you take your time in learning and practicing each exercise before moving on to the next lesson. Once you have mastered the lessons, you may choose to practice all of them or some of those you find most effective in meeting your individual needs. Prerequisites: basic diaphragmatic breathing, qigong horse stance. - Zhan Zhuang Jinggong or Qigong Standing Meditation Postures $34.95
Seven tai chi qigong standing postures that are easy to learn but somewhat more difficult to master. Nevertheless they are an essential part of any qigong foundation. While Circulating Blood and Chi Qigong taps “heavenly” or yang energy, the Standing Meditation Postures tap “earthly” or yin energy from the ground. An excellent set of rooting qigong exercises that is complementary to Rooting Qigong for both healing and self-defence. This ecourse comes in two ebooks. Keep your practice sessions short but frequent until your legs have built enough strength and rooting ability to extend for longer periods of practice. Prerequisites: basic diaphragmatic breathing, qigong horse stance and bow stance. - Dun Zhuang Qigong Fa or Grounding the Chi or Rooting Qigong $24.95
This set of tai chi qigong exercises is very powerful in sending the intrinsic chi energy down through the legs and three feet or more into the ground, rooting a person so strongly that no opponent in martial arts can push him/her down. Deceptively simple, these exercises require frequent regular practice for the rooting to take effect. A basic foundation for anyone interested in building a solid foundation for tai chi chuan and other internal arts. Prerequisite: basic diaphragmatic breathing technique and the qigong horse stance. It is also highly recommended that you take the Standing Meditation Postures at the same time. A little easier than Rooting Qigong, the Standing Meditation Postures are an excellent complement to this ecourse, and will help you reinforce not only your rooting ability but to develop the ability to tap “earthly energy” from the ground for healing and self-defence. - Shier Bao Baojian Changshou Qigong or Twelve Treasures of Longevity and Health Preserving Qigong Exercises $39.95
The Twelve Treasures are simple qigong exercises that tonify the organs, rejuvenate and promote longevity. Easy to learn and even easier to master, these exercises may be practiced on their own, after jinggong or still meditation, and/or often as a winding down conclusion to more rigorous tai chi qigong exercises, tai chi chuan in particular. To facilitate learning, this ecourse is divided into four ebooks of three exercises each. You may spread them out to learn over several weeks, or if you have the time, learn them all in a matter of a month. Prerequisites: basic diaphragmatic breathing.
Qigong exercises at this beginner level are relatively easy to learn; however, please let me remind you again, do feel free to contact me if you have any questions or require any assistance. Ensuring the quality of your training and your optimal progress is of great importance to me.
