Rid Neuralgia With a Simple Home Remedy
Suffer from neuralgia? Unfortunately, analgesic painkillers don’t work for excruciating nerve pain but this simple home remedy will, and best of all, it will stop the pain in mere seconds!
From a very young age, I suffered from unbearable neuralgic pain that would radiate down my face and down my arms and fingers. No pain killer could stop the pain, and mere stress could bring it on.
Although it occurs most commonly with elderly people, anyone at any age can get it. The causes of it are not always known. Nerve pain is usually not life-threatening, but it is often as not, excruciating and very debilitating.
Sometimes, trauma, chemical irritation, inflammation and even infections can cause it. Diseases such as diabetes, certain types of arthritis, and multiple sclerosis may also trigger this excruciating pain.
Neuralgia is usually episodic with short bursts of shock-like pain. In my case, it felt like someone strumming on my nerves and would pulsate continuously for up to a few hours at its worst. Others may also describe the pain as constant burning or short and stabbing.
Practicing qigong will help prevent its frequent occurrence, but when you are suffering just at that moment, you cannot concentrate enough to practice qigong meditation or any other form of exercise.
However, I rarely suffer from it any more, not since I discovered this simple home remedy that is both easy to prepare and extremely effective in that it eliminates the pain completely and within seconds!
What is this miraculous almost too-good-to-be-true treatment?
What’s more, I’ve been told celery juice should also work on fibromyalgia. At least, this is what I’ve been told by one of my friends who also practices tai chi qigong. Since I don’t know of anyone who has tried it for fibromyalgia, I can only take her word for it. However, it shouldn’t hurt to give it a try!
Don’t try to eat the celery straight—it doesn’t work that way. If you don’t have a juicer and can’t afford an expensive one, get the most inexpensive one you can find. All you need is to juice about two or three stalks of celery.
I just drink half a cup of this celery juice, and even before I finish the cup, the pain is already gone! Not just diminished but completely gone as if it never existed! The celery juice somehow numbs the pain and I even feel the numbing effect temporarily on my tongue as the juice goes down.
So now, I always keep some celery in my fridge, although I rarely have to use this simple home remedy any more. It seems the more qigong I practice over the years, the less often my neuralgia occurs.
But it’s also comforting to know that the home remedy is there whenever I need it! So the next time you suffer from neuralgia or fibromyalgia, get out your little juicer and start juicing!
