Mineral Water Is NOT Life-Giving Water!
For drinking water to be life-giving water, it must be pure. Mineral water, spring water and filtered water all contain trace minerals and therefore, are not pure life-giving drinking water.
Some physicians will tell you that you should drink water containing trace minerals because you need minerals for your body to stay healthy.
True your body needs minerals, but what kind? Plants use photosynthesis to convert inorganic minerals from the ground soil into organic minerals.
We can eat plants because the organic minerals are digestible and easily absorbed into our system. However, can we consume soil or rust to obtain our nutrients? Do our bodies use photosynthesis like plants do to convert inorganic materials? No.
So what happens to inorganic substances that we consume through mineral water? They are not absorbed by our system. We cannot digest them, so they get deposited into our bones, joints and muscles, creating all sorts of ailments such as arthritis and sciatic nerve degeneration.
How do we know if pure drinking water is life-giving? Because all foods and substances that we consume contain life-giving chi energy that is responsible for all life.
Junk foods, stale foods and foods with few nutrients contain very little of this intrinsic life force. For water to contain chi it must be free of chemicals, pollutants and inorganic minerals. Life-giving water is pure unadulterated water free of all contaminants and is safe and healthy to drink.
In fact, water that has undergone distillation or reverse osmosis is so pure that it cleanses and detoxifies your body of all contaminants and toxicity.
Does that mean it will leach your body of organic minerals and vitamins? No.
How can it leach those nutrients from your body, if they have already been digested? Only undigested minerals and contaminants — that is, inorganic and other substances that canNOT be absorbed — are flushed out and removed from your system.
What about oxygenated water? Oxygen is part of the water molecule composition, so whether water is “oxygenated” or not, it already contains oxygen. If you need more oxygenated water, just drink more water! True, running water contains more negative ions which is good for your body, but that is another story.
But water obtained through reverse osmosis or distillation is pure unadulterated water. Mineral water, spring water, bottled oxygenated water that contains trace minerals… they are not pure water and therefore, are not life-giving. Drink only life-giving water — distilled or reverse osmosis.
